Bargain Hunting

At the end of our street, a tattoo parlor recently opened up.
DSCN1695The signage is not exactly reassuring, but I always say you can’t tell until you look at the artist’s portfolio. Fortunately and conveniently, the portfolio is taped to the brick wall outside the door:
DSCN1696Not really a conventional approach, but without taking a closer look, it’s hard to tell about the quality of the work. So here we go (I had to dart through traffic for this one).
DSCN1697Yeah. Maybe if I was in prison or reform school, or a parallel universe. In this one, I’m sticking with my current artist. Convenience is only worth so much.

    • Yeah, right? You should see the guy who sits out there smoking – the artist? I’m hesitant to either ask or to snap his picture on the sly…
