Yesterday Ellison and I took advantage of a lovely weekend to get outside and move around. We went to one of our favorite beaver-hunting spots, where we like looking for wildlife signs. And I found this cool tree, which the beaver went through twice. I’ve never seen this before, and it made me wonder if there were two beavers working together to make the tree a more manageable size to move, or if one was using it as a tooth-file. I’d love to hear your ideas. Double-chewed beaver log
